Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Spray the air fryer insert with a nonstick cooking spray and carefully place your chicken into the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the insert. You may need to do this in batches. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through cooking. Prepare. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes. Trim boneless chicken breasts and cut into equal sized bite size pieces. Put in a bowl with teriyaki sauce (and onion if you want) and stir so every piece is coated well. Let sit at least 5 minutes to up to an hour if you'd like it to really soak in.


Step 4 Air frying the chicken. Turn your air fryer on and pre-heat at a temperature of 390°F (or 199°C) for between three and five minutes. Remove the marinated chicken from the bag, draining off any excess marinade. Transfer the marinated chicken into the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes. In the meantime, dice the chicken into 1-1.5 inches (2.54-3.8cm) chunks. In a large ziplock bag, add the chicken, salt, garlic powder, and starch. Seal the bag and shake it to coat the chicken pieces evenly.


Step 3: Air fry the chicken. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil. Spread your marinated chicken pieces into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the time for 6 minutes at 360 degrees F, air fryer setting. Flop the chicken with tongs, and air fry for another 3-5 minutes. Plate, serve, and enjoy!


When the chicken is almost done marinating, preheat the air fryer to 400°F, and spray the basket lightly with cooking oil. Remove the chicken from the fridge and discard the marinade. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space around each piece. Cook the chicken for 15 minutes.


STEP 2: Place cut up chicken in a medium bowl and pour teriyaki sauce over chicken pieces. Mix chicken with teriyaki sauce to ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for several minutes. Then, use your tongs to lay the chicken breasts in the basket of your air fryer. Set the timer to 8 minutes.


Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 7 minutes. When hot, place chicken thighs (smooth side down) into the air fryer basket and cook. When cooking time is done, open air fryer, brush some teriyaki sauce all over the chicken, turn them over (using tongs) and brush the other side with sauce. Continue cooking for an additional 6 to 7 minutes, in the.

(This was done in 2 batches with 4 chicken thighs each to fit in my Ninja Air Fryer.) Cook at 390 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Rotate the chicken carefully. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until they reach an internal temperature.


Discard marinade and arrange the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook to 380ºF for 12 minutes turning halfway through or until an instant meat thermometer registers 165ºF. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add the rest of the soy mixture and bring to a boil. In a small bowl, whisk water and cornstarch.


Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F. Place chicken in the fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Flip chicken over. Air fry for 5 minutes. Brush on half of the teriyaki glaze. Air fry for 5 minutes. Flip chicken over again and glaze with remaining teriyaki sauce. Air fry for 3 minutes.


How to make teriyaki chicken in an air fryer. Combine the ingredients for the marinade. In a large bowl, combine coconut amino, water, orange juice, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sesame seed oil, ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade to make teriyaki sauce. Add and marinade the chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the bowl.


Top with the marinade, salt, and pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate. This will allow the sauce to seep into the chicken to seal in the flavor and juices. Pour chicken and marinade into a pie pan and place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.


Then, cook the teriyaki chicken in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 380°F/193°C, flipping at the halfway point. After 8 minutes the chicken should register around 165°F/74°C at an internal temperature. Remove the chicken and tent it in foil. Check on the vegetables. If they are done cooking, also remove them from the air fryer basket.


Step 6. Place the marinated chicken, skin side up in the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 25 minutes, turning once over halfway through.


Place the marinaded chicken thighs on a prepared sheet pan (sheet pan with aluminum foil topped with a cooking rack) and bake @375 for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F. Top with the teriyaki sauce you made in the sauce pan. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.


Instructions. Prepare teriyaki sauce by combining together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper. Or use store-bought sauce. Keep half aside and marinate boneless skinless chicken cubes in the remaining half marinade. Preheat Air fryer to 400 F or 200 C for 4 minutes.

Make sure the chicken thighs don't over lap each other. Cook the chicken thighs at 390F for 18 minutes. Flipping halfway through.


Instructions. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, water, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, regular sugar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk well until combined. Bring to a low boil on medium-high heat and whisk in the cornstarch. Remove from heat and set aside to thicken.

Toss wings in teriyaki sauce then return to air fryer basket. Spoon any sauce remaining in the bowl over the wings. Air fry at 400ºF for 3 minutes or until wings are cooked through.
