Ricotta Pesto Pasta Bake


Portare a bollore abbondante acqua salata e cuocere la pasta. Cut the mozzarella into bite sized pieces. Once the pasta is done cooking, preserve 1/2 a cup of the water they were cooked in and drain the rest. Mix them with the pesto, and some of the pasta water until well combined. Add them to an oven safe dish and top it all with some dollops of the ricotta mixture and half of the mozzarella.

Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the cover and bake for a further 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Transfer to casserole dish and top with spinach and then mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.


Add penne and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside in a large bowl. Add the egg, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 2/3 of the sauce. Mix until combined. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spoon in penne mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.

Add kale, nutmeg, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.


Preheat oven to 375. Place a few spoonfuls of pesto on bottom of pan. Put seasoned chicken breast pieces on top of pesto layer. Mix ricotta and grated parmesan together with italian seasoning. Cover chicken pieces with ricotta spread and cover in spoonfuls of pesto. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
