The idea is to remove all the starch. Basically you would knead the dough under water until the water turns from cloudy to clear, or when all or most of the starch is squeezed out. Let the bread rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until it crowns about 1" over the rim of the pan. Toward the end of the rising time, preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine all of the dry ingredients except the yeast, mix and set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer (such as a KitchenAid) Combine yeast, water, and honey, let it proof about 5-6 minutes. Make sure the water temperature is 100°-110°F. In the meantime mix the eggs and melted butter together.
