Stir in the ground masala, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes or until oil comes out from the edges of the pan. Add cauliflower florets, potatoes and a cup of water. Cook covered for about 15 minutes and stir in between. Remove from heat and add chopped coriander leaves. Now add in blanched cauliflower and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Add boiled potatoes. Add salt and mix well everything gently. Add about 1 cup of water . Close lid and cook for about 5 minutes or untill it comes to boil. Open lid , mix well everything , simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove.
